I got this game from an operator. It was the most dirty pinball I have ever bought. However, it shopped out very well.
Upper plafield has ramps, rollovers, pop bumpers, dancing boogie men and upkickers
Elvira has stand up targets that look like tombstones
The Mistress of The Dark Watches over the flippers
The front of the pinball features spider web type artwork
A Haunted House adorns the backbox of the pinball.
Elvira invites you to play the silver ball on the side art of the cabinet. The side also features the Bally logo

The monster slide ramp as seen from the playfield
Center drop targets featured a few different kinds of monsters
The right ramp and playfield
The rollovers spell BAT and are hard to see for all the ramps
The boogie men are often armless due to their fragile nature
